From December 12 to 14, Parasports Québec invites you to Longueuil for the 14th edition of the Parasports Invitation! On the wheelchair rugby court, come experience a weekend packed with action and emotion, and cheer on our Québec teams as we wrap up the year in style with this must-see event on the parasport calendar!
Three days of competition featuring the biggest names in Canadian wheelchair rugby

This year’s tournament will bring together several provincial teams in one elite division, with athletes coming from across Canada and the United States to battle for the championship title.
From Friday to Sunday, you’ll see the Wild Cats from New Hampshire, the Ottawa Stingers, Team British Columbia, and of course our two Québec teams—both aiming to come out on top after Québec 1’s appearance in last year’s final.
Overall, nearly 55 athletes and sport staff will represent their provinces in Longueuil. Among them: Paralympians Byron Green from Vancouver, Patrice Dagenais from Ontario, and Mélanie Labelle representing Québec.

For newcomers looking to share an experience with colleagues or friends, Parasports Québec offers the chance to try wheelchair sports in a fun yet competitive setting, while supporting the development of wheelchair rugby in Quebec : the Rugbython, which will be held this winter.
During the event, teams representing their companies will get to try the sport and lead their colleagues to victory—coached by members of Team Québec.
Because funding is a key factor in hosting all these amazing athletes and running an event of this scale, the contributions from participating companies directly support Team Québec’s wheelchair rugby program and the development of the sport across the province.
IThis year, in 2025, many Quebec companies are taking part in the event. Parasports Québec warmly thanks their teams for their commitment to parasports. Special thanks to the teams from Solution Électrique Globale, Adiros, and ABB for being part of this meaningful and energizing event.
